Contact our support team with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all antennas, cables, and manuals included; securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to Service Center

Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated service center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
